1) Room too tiny for a grand deluxe room, what s the difference between standard & grand deluxe? 2)Horrible housekeeping - i dropped some coffee mate powder on my bedside table which was only cleaned 2 days later! 3) Excellent breakfast & hotel ambience 4) Unbeatable location 5) Superb front office staff 6) Great spa 7) Very average restaurants except for Spasso 8) Erawan Tea Room totally over rated, cold food, tough to eat authentic good thai food in this hotel except for Nara (urban kitchen & not part of hotel in the basement). They need a quality thai restaurant like saffron at banyan tree & the one at Sheraton Grande 8) One night horrible noises above our room - shocking that the staff did nothing about it

From the passenger terminal, turn onto
Bangkok-Chonburi Highway and continue to the tollgate at Rama IX. Take
Rama IX towards Sukhumvit and take the exit at South Ploenchit
Road. Look for the first U-turn to use the outer ring, heading to Ploenchit
and Sukhumvit Road. Make a left at the junction onto Ploenchit Road.
Continue until you reach Rajaprasong intersection. The hotel is located
on the left. The distance is 35 kilometers and takes 40 minutes by car.
Airport transfer is available at additional charge.

From the passenger terminal, use Tollway following
Din Daeng sign. Then take the express way toward Bangna direction and
take the exit at South Ploenchit Road. Make a left at the junction onto
Ploenchit Road. Continue until you reach Rajdamri/Ploenchit intersection.
The hotel is located on the left. The distance is 24 kilometers and
takes 30 minutes by car. Airport transfer is available at additional
charge. Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is able to offer a helicopter
service to guests wishing to transfer direct from the airport To the
rooftop heliport or visit nearby provinces.
