The Bedrooms Boutique Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 77
Overall was good i.e the greetings from staff, the room is clean and well organized. However, they have lack of staff that can communicate well, knowledge wise. Others, the hotel should provide more facilities such as swimming pool, if possible, some nite entertainment and longer operating hours for the coffee hse. |

Eakthanee Serviced Apartments, Pracha-Utis Road
We booked the grand suite which consisted of two rooms, a living room and a kitchen. For the price we paid, it is extremely worth it. However, it is about 20-30 minutes away from the city area. Hence, if the intention is to be near the city, this hotel is not meant for you. We took taxis almost everywhere we went. However, do make sure that the drivers know exactly where the hotel is before taking it since some of them aren t sure. From the hotel to the city area, it costs approximately 100 baht. The room is clean. Even though the hotel is under going renovation, it wasn t much of a hassle to us.
The staff are extremely helpful since we do not understand thai. They helped us in everyway they could and that made us feel welcomed.
Overall, we didn t regret choosing the hotel. It was indeed a pleasant stay. |

i had a bad time while checking in. i already inform that i will be there ealier and upon reaching there is no room available and they ask me to wait. i waited and waited for at least half an hour but they told me they need another half an hour to clean up the room. i was frustrated and then kept on waiting. after 45mins have past and no one come to tell us whether if our room was ready. i went to the reception counter and then they pass me the card and told me it was already ok. why wasn t i informed and i still have to go and ask them for my room? overall location is great for shopping, breakfast have good varieties. |

The rooms were beautiful, clean and big enough. We ariived early in the morning and it was not a problem at all to get our rooms. The restaurant is not big enough when the hotel is full of guests. At saterday we ve wait 15 minutes for a table. The staff in the restaurant were not helpfull and friendly.The situation of the hotel is ideal for shopping. All shoppingmalls are nearby. A walk to the MBK takes us 15 minutes. Good and clean swimmingpool. |

The rooms were not bad, clean and comfortable, the shower was a bit iffy in the sense the hot water goes to extreme temperatures sometimes, from scalding to hot etc. Breakfast was bland, but passable, the items on the room service menu tasted pretty good though. Other than that, the staff there are polite and eager to help, except the language barrier can sometimes be a pain when trying to get a point across in a hurry or short for time. Otherwise, great hotel for the money and the location. |

Manhattan hotel, Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 15
Our 2 deluxe rooms were upgraded to one two- bed room executive suite.
It was huge with lounge dining and two bathrooms. The decor was a little tired/soul less and there was an odour from smokers in the room and corridors, otherwise clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, 2pm checkout free of charge then free baggage storage and use of the pool/towel and showers til our airport transfer at 6pm. |

The location is great and the hotel is nice. My one complaint is that the walls are really thin. Whenever someone shut the door it was very loud. Other than that no complaints. |
