A charming piece of old Europe in the noisy Bangkok, with a colonial style.
Outsanding service; beautifull rooms, a perfect place where to stay in Bangkok |

Absolutely lovely experience! From the simply decorated colonial style bedroom with a four poster bed and copper bathtub, to the warm and richly decorated salon and lounge, to the exceptional welcome of the staff - we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay The Eugenia. The delicious breakfast in the morning was served by the pretty pool area -at night we would hang in the lounge for a night cap and you can browse the interesting collection of books in the library. The cute maid s uniform adds a very nice touch as do the soft Belgian bed sheets and the smell of Jasmine candles in the hallways. I highly recommend this small boutique hotel. ps. they have a blue 1968 Jaguar parked outside the hotel and you can request to get picked up from the airport in it! |
Booking was swift and efficient. |

Great Place, Great staff. The location was a little far from the main road/transport, this was overcome by the in-house tuk-tuk. Surprised the soft drinks in the mini-bar were free and Telephone calls were free. Breakfast was also great. |
Very simple, easy and convenient. Was confused why only one breakfast was provided when the room was booked for two. Anyway the hotel was kind enough to allow the breakfast to be shared. |

Excellent Hotel.
Even the small rooms are very comfortable and very pretty.
The service is better and more personalised than in many big chain luxury hotels.
Do not hesitate to use the airport transfer service in old Jaguar or Mercedes : a pure moment of happiness ! |

Very nice hotel with an excellent staff. The hotel has its own tuk-tuk service, which can bring you to e.g. the nearest Skytrain or metro station. |
Excellent as always. |

This hotel was a great disappointment. We specifically booked a double room but were given a very dark twin room at the back. When we complained we were told that if we had booked directly with them and not with an agent we would have had the room we wanted. This gave a very bad immediate impression. The service was bad and unfriendly. At breakfast items listed were not given. At lunch I chose a dish that included desert and tea but was told that the sweets were finished and only after complaining was tea brought. At the moment the hotel is totally overlooked at the pool by a multi-story building site which is extremely noisy. Be aware that you cannot relax in the garden and be sure to ask for a room at the front of the hotel. This hotel is not cheap and neither is it conveniently situated. However it is a beautiful building. In our opinion it is not worth the money as you can find far better deals in small and intimate hotels in Bangkok. I have lived in Asia for eight years and now visit annualy. |
Great booking service. We have used it many times and will continue to do so and recomended it to other people. |
