Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya

Indochina Hotel, Srakaew
Very unfriendly staff at the hotel.
They don t respect privacy, and allmost every night it had several arrangements with very load and noisy music/karokee.
Extreme bad breakfast (the cans with hot water are black and dirty)
The staff made many wrong calculations about payment/booking, which was very frustrating.
I would not recommend any foreigners to visit this hotel!
Try to go to the border instead and get a real hotel, with good service. |

Gateway Hotel, Phayao
Medium size room with twin beds ( told double bed not available in deluxe room ?? ). Room clean but musty smell and noisy air con. Basic but clean bathroom with GOOD hot water pressure. Just adequate buffet b fast. Good town location next to bus station and 15 min walk to the Phayao Lake. The hotel lacks personality and could certainly do with a makeover. A rebranding to Ibis or Novotel would be ideal. |

Tharaburi Resort, Sukhothai
we stay one night, nice hotel very close to Sukhotai old city. You can rent a bike from the hotel and look around, very easy. |

Dhevaraj Hotel, Nan
Nice airy corner room. Clean basic bathroom with sunken bath for easy access for shower. Poor hot water pressure. BBC and Australian Network on cable TV. Hotel internet at 30 min for 40 baht. Simple buffet b fast. Good town location but far from bus station (20 - 30 baht by motorbike taxi). |

Nakorn Phrae Tower Hotel, Phrae
Reasonable room.Clean bathroom with basic toiletries.Only English on TV was DWT and News Asia. Cheap mini-bar ( sm Singha beer 35 baht). Hotel internet available at 50 baht for 1 hour. Basic set Asian or American b fast. Located about 25 min walk from the bus station. |

Amarin Lagoon Hotel, Phitsanulok
I stayed in one of the suites. This is probably one of the best properties in Phitsanulok city. The other good ones are at Sappraiwan and the Golf Resort, but these are a bit far from the town. Amarin Lagoon has a lovely ambience. The food is good and the Thai massage at the spa is also worth trying out. Room service is quite good too. The only difficulty perhaps is that the front office people don t understand much English. I had a lovely stay here. They also have a very convenient taxi service to anywhere in town. I will definitely stay here again when I am at Phitsanulok. |

Momchailai River Retreat, Nakhon Pathom
We had a great time. I took my three teenage children and we all really enjoyed our stay. Good food, nice staff and when we went it was very difficult to see ANY other guests. The retreat seems to be aimed at locals having a conference. While we were there, no conferences were being run. |

Lopburi Inn Resort, Lopburi
I stayed there with my wife and two kids. I have been going to Thailand with some regularity for the last 30 years and without the slightest hesitation I warmly recommend this hotel. Great swimming pool. Large rooms (by the pool). Varied breakfast: Continental, Thai, American. Superb value for money.
Anything negative? It is some distance from the town centre. |

Imperial Phukaew Hill Resort, Petchaboon
Picturesque, good service, all the amenities. The resort is situated on a mountain and the weather is cool compared to the rest of Thailand. The resort is very remote, but that s why you go here. A lot of unique sights to see in the area and they will arrange tours. Restaurant is good and reasonably priced. If I had to give it an area that could use improvement, the room was just a bit worn and slightly musty. A great value for money and highly recommended.

Excellent. Booked online and within minutes had reservations, paid, and confirmed. Price was 40% below walk in rate.
