Apart from being surrounded with exquisite centuries-old temples, BP Chiang Mai City Hotel & Huen Luang Prabang is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), Railway Station, and Night Bazaar by car.
Our 154 accommodations are spacious and attractively furnished in standard and boutique styles. The hotel offers full facilities and a wide range of services including long-stayed accommodation.

if time was on our side we would have stayed longer but had to be in bangkok the next day the meals were very well priced the only think as in all of asia the bed and pillows were a little hard but we would stay there again

Great location and nice staff and facilities. Rooms large but a bit tatty, in need of a refurb but everything works and clean linens provided every day and cannot be beaten at this price.

Rooms need a repairment- which is obviously happening in different parts of the building, as noise of construction was waking us up at 5.30 am. Restaurant is a complete disaster- ants are everywhere, in your coffee, in your bread, on all plates and cups etc. When we asked waiters if they can do something- he just shaked his head and left us without any help. Ant were with us every day :)
Location also not the best one- I would say that staying closer to eastern wall of old city is much more convenient- more places to eat, more tour agents, shopping etc.
In general-I would not expect much for such price (we paid 800Thb in high season)- but definitely would not stay there again, as in Chiang May you can find lots of cleaner, cosier and more nice places even for this money.

generally very pleased, except that we ended up paying for two items from the mini bar which we had not used! Also someone had been smoking in our room
Otherwise we could not fault this hotel and it was in a very good location

i have too say that this hotel must be one off the worst in this price range , we hade dirty sheets, bedbugs and rooms were all smoker rooms. do not recomend this hotell we changed after one day.
