Select from Lanna style accommodation or four private quarters built harmoniously with nature. Under traditional Lanna look contain all services and comfort you need. Architecturally design to look like a traditional Lanna rice barn, consisted of 10 rooms, 5 twins, 4 double and 1 deluxe. Each guestroom decorated with contemporary Lanna Style, teak wood furniture and wall painting. Small porch is place in front of each room, so you can relax in fresh air, enjoyable the mountain's view and feel the comfort breeze of Chiang Mai.

Nice, very quiet resort, some distance (12km) from Chiang Mai so own transport essential. Staff friendly & helpful. Room OK, food OK, swimming pool small and a bit dirty.

We stayed at the Grannary. Nice room, though not suited for tall men (low ceiling). Bathroom was very basic and old fashioned.
The garden and different style houses look very nice. It s a quiet environment (except for the buzzing insects that is)
One night we were the only guests. We were alone in the restaurant, which is not very inviting. The food was rather average.
Finally the location. It is too far from the city center (20 minutes by taxi, 300 baht one way). You spend a lot of money on taxis, who are a lot more expensive than in Bangkok).

We stayed there over the Songkran holidays and it must have been the best decision over booking a hotel in the middle of town which was too crowded over this season.
Lovely to be near the forest and be quiet.Great value for money, the only downside is the breakfast.The bread is quite stale and the eggs served cold.If you want a quiet uninterrupted holiday stay here but if you want services, stay somewhere else.

Great resort to relax in. We stayed in the Tree house. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves great food too. We had to leave at 6.30am one morning for a day trip to Chiangrai and the restaurant manager made special arrangement to prepare a packed breakfast for our family to eat along our journey. The Tree house is very cosy to stay in, only grouse is that the water heater does not provide warm enough water to shower with and with the cold December weather, the barely warm water is not pleasant to bathe in.But our overall stay there is memorable and most relaxing.

Nice and relaxing after a day or a late night in the city. Beautiful green surroundings. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely pool at any hour of the day and evening. Staff extremely attentive. A $9US taxi into Chiang Mai city. Construction while we were there was a bit distracting. We were accommodated by having breakfast and a coupld of dinners on our patio.

My GF and me stayed 3 nights. We booked the Jamjuri Tree house. From the appearance outside I was shocked but the rooms inside were nice. Unfortunately the water didn´t work for several times. When we complained, somebody fixed it immediately. But after the 2nd night we had to change the room because they coudn´t fix the water problem anymore. So we got another, very nice and spacious room. The restaurant was good. The problem is just that the hotel is a bit far from the city (ca. 15 min. with car). So it seemed we were the only guests in this hotel. The swimming pool could not be used because it was not maintained well. It´s a pity: nice place but I think they will give up soon

The hotel was very pretty. If you are into seeing temples there is one not mentioned in the tour books that is beautiful and is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accomandating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food at the resturant was some of the best food that I had while in Thailand

ACCOMMODATION
Doikham resort, a choice of 7 houses style set on valley
with stunning view over the landscape of natural mountains. Every
house was built by the modern Lanna design.
Baan Lomsak The unit is just next to the
swimming pool architecturally design like a traditional Lanna, consisted
of 9 superior rooms and 1 deluxe with living space. Each room decorated
with contemporary Lanna style, teak wood furniture and wall painting.
Balcony is place in the front of each room, so you can relax in fresh
air, enjoy the mountains view and feel the comfort breeze of Doi Kham.
The rooms contain all the comfort you need, air-conditioner, cable TV,
telephone and refrigerator.
Baan Yoong Kao
The quarter itself consist of two 60 years old Lanna rice shed, taken
the whole shed, our architect re-built and expand these shed into 2
stories of 4 deluxe rooms. Harmoniously place under and around teak
tree to maintain the original landscape. These 4 units are very spacey
and comfortable, complete with all the accommodation.
Baan Prathum
Modern Lanna designed, the unit of two stories with deluxe twin and
deluxe double plus living space on top and sharing large balcony area.
Ground floor has 1 double bedroom connecting to 1 single bedroom, fit
well for 3 guests. Prathum house equipped with a large dinning table
and can comfortably accommodate 7 adults. Each room accommodate with
cable TV, refrigerator and air-conditioner.
Baan Makham
This is a single unit accommodation, built under a large tamarind tree
in a quiet quarter of our resort. Tamarind house built from old wooden
barn and restore into a junior suite. Bedroom on the top and a living
room below decorate in traditional Lanna style perfectly for those couple
who likes peace and quiet of northern nature.
Baan Darha
The family suite for a large group up to 8 travelers, the unit divided
into three different rooms under the roof. With two bedrooms on the
top floor, each has its own balcony over look the lush green garden
of Doi Kham. The ground floor, bedroom with two double beds, can serve
up to four adults and still left plenty of living space. All rooms accommodate
with cable TV, refrigerator and air-conditioner.
Tree House This quarter is the landmark of Doi Kham resort, built around and
on the century old jamjuri tree. The tree house building on the jamjuri
tree, the house equipped with bathroom, cable TV, regrigerator and air-conditioner.
It’s a must to try your living as Tarzan in the 20th century.
Baan Jamjuri
Baan Jamjuri superior, twin
bed decorated with northern villager style. The Jamjuri deluxe provide
a living space and a deluxe bedroom with balcony. The whole unit of
Jamjuri house is recommended for a group of 6 members.
Baan Kha Luang This junior suite designed alone in Octagon
shape wooden interior, in the room equipped with double bed and seperate
living space. Cable TV, refrigerator, air-condition plus microwave.
Kha Luang house recommend for family with 1 kid.
RESTAURANT
Here at Doi Kham Restaurant you and your guest can dine
under the shadow of Jamjuri trees that surround the restaurant. Feeling
the cool breeze from Doi Kham, you can dine on our open-air balcony
and test the best meals variety from Lanna, Thai, Chinese and European.
Our full bar also serve many kinds of cocktails and beverages. Hot-plate
dishes like sirloin steak, fish steak and barbecue are our recommended
dishes. Enjoy the view, taste the meal, listen to soft music with the
warmest hospitality here at Doi Kham.
FACILITIES
At Doi Kham Resort, we prepared all the services you
need to ensure that you have the most comfortable stay. If you can not
get loose from your business, we have a business center and internet
café with state of the art accessories to serve all your needs. Swimming
pool is open until 19:00 pm. for your exercise and enjoyment. Bicycle
rental is available, so you can bike around Doi Kham and near by attractions
as Wat Phra That Doi Kham Temple, Historic Garden, Chiang Mai Night
Safari*, OTOP Center*, and Chiang Mai Aquarium.
