Accommodation and facilities:
the landscaping of resort was fabulous, though it was a good 15 kms from Changmai city.
Quality of housekeeping was very poor, with dead insects/mosquitoes n bathtub, spider webs all over the room, dirty bed linen. Though some of the staff were quite helpful, overall service levels left a lot to be desired.
Breakfast quality also was poor, with not much variety.

Reseption was not 24h with personal open. So we had a problem at check out. We must let the guard make the check out for us. Service at Restaurant was low and it had a small choice of food. Breakfast was well, but i was the only customar for breakfast.
1. อยากจะให้มี Receptionist อยู่ประจำตลอด 24 ชม. ค่ะ เพิ่งเคยเห็นที่นี่เป็นที่แรกที่ไม่มี กรณีที่ Guest มีปัญหา หรือมี accident อะไร ไม่สามารถติดต่อให้ใครช่วยเหลือได้ มีแค่ยาม/ รปภ. ซึ่งเขาไม่รู้อะไรมากและไม่สามารถช่วยเหลืออะไรเราได้มาก เป็นจุดสำคัญที่ทาง โรงแรมควรตระหนัก เพื่อความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยของแขกที่มาพักค่ะ และกรณีที่แขกต้องการ Check - out early จะได้สามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างสะดวก (กรณีของเราต้องรีบไปขึ้นเครื่องแต่เช้า เพื่อกลับสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ แม่สามารถติดต่อพนักงานใดๆ ได้เลย พยายามติดต่อไปตั้งแต่ประมาณ 4 ทุ่มเป็นต้นไป ถึงเช้า ก็ไม่สามารถติดต่อเพื่อ Check - out ได้ จึงได้ติดต่อและฝากเงินค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนเกินไว้ที่ยาม รปภ. ซึ่งทำให้เราไม่ทราบค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนเกินที่แน่ชัด ต้องประมาณการและต้องจ่ายให้มากเกินความเป็นจริงไว้ก่อน เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหา....

Developed on 30 acres
of land ideally situated at an elevation of 700 metres above sea level,
the resort's legendary botanical gardens and flower park are planted
with a variety of cold climate and sub tropical flowering and decorative
plants. A waterfall cascades down a rugged cliff face into a stream,
a tributary of the Ta Chang River, that flows unhurriedly through the
landscaped gardens of the natural fountains adjacent to the stream adds
to the enchanting scenery.

Fuang Fah terrace restaurant serves authentic. Thai and international
cuisines all day. Accommodating up to 200-250 people, the open air restaurant
overlooking the waterfall and stream provides the perfect atmosphere.

For refreshment, freshly squeezed
tropical fruits and herbal high tea and cocktails are served as you
enjoy the cool breeze blowing from the flower gardens.
Private Party
The Fuang Fah restaurant, can organize for special events and dinner
party for group of people (maximum 250 people) surrounding by mountain,
water fall and beautiful flower garden.

Garden Product
We sell bulbs and stems of flowers. The customer can orders the bulbs
in advance in August and can buy the flower at Krisdadoi from the start
of December to the second week of January every year.
