About the hotel: A rural haven on the banks of the river. Villa was comfortable, clean and spacious. Warm hospitality from the owner and staff. Food was plentifull and of a good standard. Great place to stay if you enjoy a quiet location.
About the hotel: We choose this place to relax on our last two night stay in Thailand and I am glad we did. If you want peace and quiet, away from the noise, this is the place. If you are a fisherman/woman, bring along a fishing pole and drop it into the small ping river as you sit on the dock with your feet dangling over the river. Lots of green as you the compound. Only 3 villas so you get all the attention from Tee. She speaks great English and put us to ease the moment we entered. The next morning, we met the owner and she seemed very nice. We stayed in Leelaveda and we love the outdoor dining area. We both feel asleep outside within 30 mins of arriving there. A good 25 mins drive from night bazaar and both taxi needed detailed direction to drive us back. Had to be at the airport at 6AM. Tee and her partner got up early just to take us to the airport. Highly recommend this place.

About the hotel: This was quite possibly the best vacation experience ever,which was wonderful especially as it was our honeymoon.Khun Ubon and her staff(especially tee)went out of their way for us and nothing was too much trouble.Dont even bother going out to eat as they prepare and serve the best home cooked thai food in the area,and at extremely decent prices too.All in all I would recommend the lanna accent to everyone and anyone looking for a relaxing time in a luxury villa.Simply perfect.Thanks Khun Ubon.

About the hotel: We had the most amazing 2 nights stay at Lanna Accent Boutique Villa at the end of December. We were collected from Chiang Mai town area and brought to the Lanna Cottage and for the entire time we were extremely well looked after. The place is impeccably clean, personal service without any pretentiousness and set in a wonderful relaxing environment by the river Ping. Upon arrival our bags were brought to the cottage and we had a welcome drink whilst we settled in and explored. Cottage facilities were superb, wonderful bedroom with en-suite with the biggest bath I’ve ever seen!. We really enjoyed relaxing on the veranda and letting the world go by. We pre-ordered dinner from the menu and had it delivered to our dinning table, it was like having our own private restaurant!. Ubol the owner and her staff do an outstanding job in making you feel welcome and instantly at home, we borrowed their bikes and went on a bike ride to the local craft market and also the staff arranged for us to have a massage in our room both days we were there. Lovely breakfast and you have a choice of riverside or in your cottage, we choose riverside and really enjoyed it.
A MUST for anyone visiting Chiang Mai and wanting a truly relaxing, peaceful break with wonderful food, discreet service .. what more can I say .. thumbs up and thank you Ubol & staff.

Dala
Nest There is a wooden platform on the river side that can be used by guests of the resort for evening drinks and dining. This platform flows to the gazebo in front of the third house called Dala Nest. A natural bathing pool separates the gazebo from Dala Nest, a house adapted from a rice barn. Although the house is only 100 square meters, it is full of nooks and crannies including a hideaway toilet. It was a challenge to find the toilet in the first instance. The house has a second storey bedroom which is perhaps the most romantic of all the bedrooms with a panoramic view of the river. I find the ground floor bathroom to be the more convenient bathroom of the two. The house has a small indoor dining area and an outdoor seating area that can also be used as an alternative private dining area.

The second house is called Leelavadee Cottage
and it is located by the river featuring an open air veranda that can
be used for entertainment and dining. Adjacent is an indoor bar and
kitchen area that is large enough to cook full meals. The bed room is
located half-underground and as a result it is cool and strangely private.
It has an LCD TV, cable network, and a step-up bathroom that has a large
tub big enough for two. The partially underground location of the bedroom
is a brave design decision by Khun Ubol, and it worked brilliantly.
Some guests like me may find this compact house (100 square meters)
one of the most comfortable in terms of function.

The first house is called Saraphee Villa. It is the biggest at 150
square meters with a large dining area for 8, and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is an adjacent prayer hall that can be used for reading and meditation.
The house has a spa with a large day bed where two guests can be massaged
simultaneously, and attached as part of this spa is a generous outdoor
area with a hot tub, shower, toilet, and steam room. The shower is exposed
to the weather but the wooden tub is protected by a roof and is large
enough for two. The resort offers a detoxify bath that uses rice wines
and warm water to draw out toxic substances from your body. The bed
room contains a large double bed and a desk. The bedroom opens to an
outdoor breakfast area. The whole house is distinguished by high ceilings
and an airy but formal atmosphere.
