Furthermore, a beautiful sunny out-door swimming pool and the Royal Lanna Coffee Shop with a variety of Thai and International food at very sensible prices. We also provided full room service. We have under cover parking for 200 cars watched over by a 24 hours security system.

Hotel outdated.Room = poor.Receptionstaff:friendly and helpfull.Could check in very early whitout problem!
Breackfast .Egs etc.: cold !!!No service at all.
Am very freequent visitor of Chiang Mai,but wont be in this hotel.

It was nice for the price. The breakfast was good. The rooms are large but could use some paint. They have enough space for a small couch or more comfortable chairs which would be a very nice improvement. Great locations next to the night bazar. I stayed there this year as oppossed to the Royal Princess which is almost across the street. Next year I plan to go back to the Royal Princess. Much nicer for a little bit more money.

I use a lot and have never had a problem. I still only use their service with hotels I am familiar with because if you end up in a bad place there is no way to get a refund.

Great location!!!! A basic but comfortable hotel. Our family had interconnecting rooms - the rooms are huge. Pool was always clean. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. The convenience of the location is the real reason you would book this hotel.

Good location near night bazaar. Clean roome, good breakfast buffet. My only complaint is the rooms are a little sparse and ready for a renovation IMO. I have stayed here 2 times and the service is consistently good. Well worth the 1150 Bt I paid per night.

the only commendable point of the hotel is its unbeatable location right in the heart of the night bazaar.We stay there for three nights and the buffet breakfast has never changed.Room has strange smell as you entered and definitely due for refurbishment.The air-con is too loud and after running for couple of hours it lost its cool as well.The room and bathroom are clean though, good work on the housekeeper. I will no consider this hotel next time i visit Chiang Mai.
