Accommodation and facilities:

Rooms clean on arrival and regularly cleaned during our stay. Hotel grounds well maintained. Pool clean although pool tiles would benefit from being renewed. Good choice of breakfast, lunchtime meals also of good quality and price. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Only negative was that the jacuzzi outside our room was not working for our complete stay.
Reservation service:
Easy and straight forward to book through sawadee. Would use this site again.

We had booked 5 nights, but checked out after 1 night, did not at all meet our expectations, it might have been a nice place a few years ago, but now it felt totaly deserted and worn down, not at all like in the pictures. Would not recommend at this price. A bit far of from the bech as well. Nice guy working inthe reception is the only positive thing I have to say.

Accommodation and facilities:
On arrival the mosquito netting was detached in the bathroom allowing them free range, the door lock was faulty, the toilet seat was broken, there was a frog in the plunge pool. During my stay, neither outside lights worked, the toilet wouldnt flush. Reading their glossy brochure I wondered if I was staying in the same place as they described! The swimming pool badly needs attention,it doesnt look inviting. There was no restaurant or spa as described in their brochure and at breakfast the tableclothes were not clean or ironed and some of the seat cushions had unpleasant looking stains! This whole place either needs a massive refurbishment. The staff were lovely.

This small resort is in a perfect location just across the street from the beach. We stayed in the Monkey Deluxe rooms which have their own small, private courtyard with a spa. Rooms at large & have everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. Staff are fantastic, friendly & helpfull.
Accommodation and facilities:
We stayed here and paid for a week. AFter 3 nights, we took the ferry over but not because of the hotel, but because we didn t like the beaches on Koh Samui. Staff at the hotel is absolutely brilliant. When we arrived back from Phangnan, they actually welcomed us back. Breakfast isn t bad. Don t look at the photos. They really don t do the breakfast justice. Rooms are ok. It was a bit frustrating that the hot water kept coming off and on but who really needs hot water in Thailand?

We booked 1 deluxe monkey room for ourselves and 1 banana room for our teenage children. We were surprised that the difference between the rooms was minimal as the price was not. The only differences were the deluxe room had a hairdryer and an outside jaccuzi, which sounds good but it had barely any water in it and the jets did not work very well. Location was good if you want quiet. Security was not so good as it was hit or miss as to whether our door locked and the bathrooms were open! Suggestion would be to stick to the banana rooms.

Hotel is located in Fisherman vilage, which is very nice, but in a remote part of the beach(not very nice for swimming). Rooms are nice and clean, but no telephone. Also during the night there is no one at the front desk. We stayed here in peak season, but the swimming pool was out of order during our whole stay.Breakfast is poor, everything you order, they charge you extra(1 peace of toast-1 euro). On one side of this hotel is some kind of farm whith chicken, on the other side is construction site. Staff was really unpleasent. This isnt realy a hotel, more then a luxury guest house. There are much nicer hotels and resorts for this price.
