- Planned to be finished on December 20, 2008.
- Daily working hours are from 09:00 - 17:00 hrs.

Child policy:
- 1 child under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge
Breakfast will be charged 250 Baht per day & 300 Baht per day from 01.11.2008 onwards.
- Baby cot is available on request and is free of charge
