The hotel was very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly. They went out of their way to help us, and even drove us to the tourist destinations we booked through the hotel. The location was close to the shopping/ restaurant district, maybe only a 5 min drive. Not really walking distance though. Also, the swim up bar was closed, which was disappointing! I was not impressed with the hotel restaurant at all. We had free breakfast with our room, but the food kept running out (wasnt replaced), wasnt a great selection and wasnt very apetising. Also the dishes were dirty and the service was poor. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would reccoment the place to others.

Hotel was beautiful and it ws so refreshing having a lovely pool in the centre of the hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful I can t wait to return.

I spent 9 wonderful nights in this hotel I am only too delighted to recommend this hotel. My room, a deluxe suite was fantastic.fabulous bathroom, bedroom and lounge area. Facilities were excellent, staff were extemely helpful and the price was just right. Even recharged my car battery in my rental car when it was raining

Very nice hotel, rooms in modern style and staff very friendly and polite. Excellent facilities, pool,gym and sauna. The only downside is the breakfast which i somewhat limited and the location. The free tuk-tuk service however is great.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel (February 19-20 2007). The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and I am grateful for the help they provided when I needed it. However, the hotel as such was OK but not more and the breakfast was not a breakfast buffé as advertised, but rather a simple breakfast suitable for a 2 star hotel. I had a nice time at the hotel and the rooms are very convenient.

I made my reservations very late and asked sawadee to give me a hotel in the Jomtien beach area, but they gave me Mantra Pura Resort in North Pattaya. In other respects sawadee did a good job.

A beautiful new hotel. Very luxurious & pleasant staff. It has opened a little early as construction is not complete & there were some teething problems. Ocassionally it was a little noisey. The free shuttle to the beach was invaluable. When finished this hotel will be perfect for travellers who wish to stay away from the busy beach area & enjoy 5 star luxury.
