The facilities were very nice. Very friendly, courteous staff, and very helpful at all times. Room was cleaned and very presentable each day after cleaning..
The room I stayed in the water had rust/dirt coming out of the tap for the bathroom sink... the shower head could have been a much better spray... the spray was way to hard....

We have just returned from eight nights at this centrally located hotel and cannot praise it enough. From arrival to departure, we found staff to be pleasant and helpful.
Our room, a Tropical Deluxe, was big, clean and easily accommodated a young family of four. Housekeeping was excellent as was the service at the nearby Tropix Lounge both morning and night. Breakfasts were enjoyable and varied.
As for our young ones, they were hardly out of the pools and, if they were, could be found at the Just 4 Kids clubhouse that kept them entertained during the odd shower.
It s only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the more restrained Karon nightlife. A breath of fresh air from Patong.
We aim to be back - and soon.

A friend recommended the service; I was not disappointed. Fast and efficient with no problems checking in. Will definitely use again.

Believe this Hotel gave typically Thai value for money. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. We had only breakfast at the Hotel and this was good. Hotel is conveniently located in central Karon.
The only complaint / negativity was the excessive noise (4.00 - 6.00 p.m. ish)from the swimming pool area near to our rooms. (We were there as a party of 9 people from England and Perth Aus.) We complained 3 or 4 times and the awful techno racket was reduced but still stayed very loud. On my penultimate day I got more than cross and came across so upset that the culprits turned their noise off!

We stayed with our two children, 6 and 8 in a superior family room in the Terraces part of the resort and had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all aspects of our stay from booking in, to organising transport and departure ran extremely smoothly. Breakfast was included and was an amazing variety. The rooms were very clean, spacious and quiet. The pools and grounds were impecably maintained and the 4pm Happy Hour at the swim up bar was thoroughly enjoyed by the adults. Smorgasboard dinner at the pool side restaurant was good value with kids eating for free. Would definitely stay here again.

After some initial language misunderstandings regarding the room type, the booking service was very easy to use and presented no problems - just remember to print off the booking confirmation and take it with you to present at check-in. Makes the whole process run a lot smoother.

Excellent. Their relationship with the Hotel meant they did the negotiation, not me and had success. TOTALLY RECOMMENEDED

The rooms are nice and clean although we were disappointed with the service we received. The front desk staff were not especially friendly. When we checked in, the room we had requested (1 king bed) was not available. We had to downgrade to a lesser room to get a king size bed. In this room, the electricity kept going out and the balcony door did not lock. The assistance we received to fix these problems was not satisfactory. We would not recommend it.
Please also be aware that there is another hotel called Karon Beach Resort that is not the same as our taxi dropped us at the wrong hotel.

The booking service was fine although since we prepaid the non-refundable room fee we are not sure that we will be reimbursed for the difference in room price.

We arrrived in Phuket and were held up at the International Customs for just over 2 hours...thought for sure the hotel pick-up driver we were expecting would be long gone..but low and behold he had been waiting 3 hours for us..we were throughly impressed! The front end people and the staff at the hotel were more than excellent...from a warm personal greeting/hotel briefing and refreshing welcome drink to the service at the breakfast buffet restaurant. The hotel has just been re-opened after being bought out by Central and is in the process of being upgraded some more....The rooms were clean and adequate but far from luxurious...we felt we paid too much (4400 baht/ngt)for the type of room we had...we are people who do not require luxury just cleanliness..which the room was but for that kind of money we felt is should have been fancier..(we had a huge cockroach living in our room with us who we finally managed to capture and kill on the last night there)I had asked the hotel to deal with it but they did not spray or capture!..after our stay here we went to another hotel around the corner for 2000 baht/ngt and were just as pleased with the room as we were here. We had a direct reservation with this hotel from Dec 21 - Dec 28..so we were there a total of 13 nights..we had to pay for the compulsory New Year Eve Dinner (400 baht/per person)..food was good but the entertainment was disappointing..Polenisian dancers and a magic show...we left after the meal and headed to the beach for the local celebrations...so alot of money to pay for an evenings supper....cheaper costs right at local restaurants. Had a free spa treatment at the hotel...professional and luxurious...but did not re-use...extremely pricy by Thai standards..had our massages at local salons...
