The hotel has two division one on the beach side and the main part is on the other side of the beach road, which you have to walk few steps to reach the reception. I stayed at the beach wing, lovely room, very clean and the best thing is that it is right on the beach, when you go down from your room, you ll be almost on the beach. the hotel is located in the middle of action, you can walk to the shopping places & malls(Jungceylon), and the night life. However, my room did not have a window or balcony. other than that the staff were helpful & I enjoyed my stay. I recommend it & I give it a 5/5. |
booking was easy and smooth, no problems at all. |

Chek-in ok.Room smelly/smell of urine and cockcroch and very small shower space/bathroom.Water pressure very low and not consistent.Request for upgrading but very expensive, has to add per night TB1650.Total TB3300 per 2(two) nights.I DIDN T AGREE with the rate because above the rate by internet thruogh Sawadee.com.Ask for change to another room with the same rate which had been paid to the Sawadee.com/internet agent.Went back to the room and few minutes later call by reception to inform me that I had been upgraded to junior suite WITHOUT ANY CHARGE BEEN INFORMED.I assumed free upgraded. When check-out.I was charged extra TB3300 which I don t agree but I had no choice,I had to pay for it.In total I had to pay for 2 nights stay TB5000+TB3300=TB8300 which I was not satisfieed with the extra charge at all.I checked with internet the rate is TB8000 per 2 nights. In total I was still been cheated with the rate Safari Beach Hotel charged me.I think is better to stay at Premiere Grand room,Phuket Burasari Resort,Patong for the price I had paid. Please rectify the problem.Dr.Zainuddin hARUN |

Staircase leading to the rooms too steep (Beach Wing), Toilet smells of choked seawage, Heated water very inconsistent makes bathing very difficult unless you do not mind bathing in cold water!
The only good thing is that it s very near to Blanga Rd and the beach is just at your door step and it s not too noisy at night! |
Very prompt and accurate!Keep up the good work! |

This is not a beach hotel so dont be fooled by the name. Its right in the middle of a busy street just off the gogo strip Bangla Road. Rooms need updating and its a bit dirty around the restaurant. Friendly staff though. |
Booking service great. Im a regular customer and always use Sawadee when going to Thailand. |

Great location and close to everything. Breakfast is not buffet style but can order more than one drink. Front desk is very helpful. Get 10% discount if having lunch or dinner at Savoey. Drawbacks: Small pool and close at 18.00. Aircon is a bit noisy. Ask for room at the second floor for more privacy. |
Great and prompt service. Will book through sawadee again |

The hotel was clean and simply decorated. Very tropical looking with all the plants around. Early check in was not available due to full booking so we hung out at the pool side until check in time and they held our bags until then. However, would recommend that you try and book in the newer rooms which may cost more but is located right next to hotel desk. Our rooms were in the older rooms in the second floor and it must be backed into a club because the booming techno music kept my husband awake until it ended about 2am or so. The breakfast was off the menu, not alot of variety but the best croissants ever. May return but we found other hotels just a block over that looked nicer, still in the center of activity and not next to a club/bar (?) with the loud music that invades your room and can be heard over the air conditioning. |
Easy and quick. |

greeted by nice & friendly people at the front desk and the hotel, who can speak simple english. The pool is smaller than what i saw in the picture, but i still enjoyed it though. There s also a small jucuzzi by the side of the pool. The location is great, just beside bangla rd, which has all the pubs and bars. So after being drinking quite a bit, we just need to walk like 5 mins to our hotel rm and comfortable bed. It s only 3mins walk to the beach. The rm is spacious and clean though it s just the thai contemporary rm (cheapest one). One complaint though, the aircon and the switch gives out some noises periodically. But we are too lazy to change rm, haha.. and the breakfast provided is not buffet but ala carte, so on our 3rd day, we decided to have mac breakfast instead.
All in all, we will definitely go back to this hotel again. |
