In the year 2002 we
build in front of our Toy Residence a housing complex with 5 villas and a
swimming pool. The villas consist of
3 stories and have the following use

floor is a 45 sqm big living room with comfortable rattan furniture,
cable-TV, a nice house bar
and eating corner.
From the living room we
enter the kitchen, fully fitted in European style, with e-g stove,
dishwasher, fridge, guest toilette
