Maintenance
The resort will be closed for maintenance from May 17 until 15 October 2008

During Low Season 01 - 31.10.2008 and 20.04.2008 - 31.05.2008
All rates are without breakfast

During the period 20.12.08 - 10.01.09
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required and check-in and check-out on 31.12 and 01.01. are not allowed.

Compulsory Gala Dinner
Christmas Eve 24.12.2008: 1000 Baht per adult & 650 Baht per child 5 - 12 years
New Year`s Eve 31.12.2008: 1350 Baht per adult & 900 Baht per child 8 - 12 years &
600 Baht 4 - 7 years

Child policy:
1 child 5 - 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge
Breakfast will be charged 200 Baht per day. Children under 3 years are free of charge without breakfast.
Baby cot is 100 Baht per night or 500 Baht for the entire stay
